Also known as Mortons neuroma, refers to a benign swollen nerve in the foot can occur anywhere in the foot but commonly occurs between the metatarsal heads. Eventually the nerve will be become fibrous and enlarged. Predominantly effects women.

Radiating sharp sensations

Worsening of symptoms with footwear

Relieved with rest and removal of shoes

Insole/orthotic therapy
